They're back....!

 

What a fabulous night! For the first time in 2 years, the club was able to hold a social night of great fun and entertainment. Brilliantly compered by our very own Social Secretary, Keith Hardman, the evening featured entertainment from Elvis Presley and Soul-Man, Billy. With such quality entertainment, and a very generous ticket price of just £5, it is hardly surprising the tickets were entirely sold out well ahead of the day!

The entertainment certainly lived up to its billing, the 'King' wowed the crowd with old favorites and the soul-man got many to their feet on the dance floor. Fairly sure the bar did a brisk trade, and everyone was in for the grand raffle! Five tremendous Christmas hampers plus an extra bottle of champagne were on offer in the draw.

There were many highlights of the evening, but perhaps the biggest was the late impromptu karaoke by compere Keith! His rendition of 'Delilah' always brings the house down!

It was a great night out, and already we are looking forward to the next event! Not only does the club give a great opportunity to enjoy the sport of table tennis it also provides its members with a great social outlet with excellent company.
